I conduct all pre-construction conferences with customers and architects, progress meetings and manage completion objectives. I also manage and estimate costs budgets of labor and materials and approve all trade invoices and P.O.'s.

I managed all phases of construction of three subdivisions with up to 42 units in progress at a time and closing two to three per week.
